A delicate Japanese blended whisky, Enso translates from Japanese to 'circle' or 'cycle'. Hailing from Kiyokawa, within Kanagawa Prefecture, the whisky itself was distilled in pot stills, and matured in American oak. Fabulous neat, though a top contender for a Highball, we reckon

Aroma
Lemon blossom, a suggestion of smoke and bright citrus, underpinned by vanilla and caramel.
Palate
Toasted oak and woody vanilla, alongside fresh apple, cinnamon and more delicate florals.
